There are dual fuel options available on the Z-80/60 unit. The optional Deutz diesel powered engine is turbocharged, but quiet. It allows for improved performance at higher altitudes. It also carries more than enough torque for better terrain- and grade-ability.
The full-time positive traction and 4-wheel drive ability adds enhanced traction for tough terrain. The Z-135/70 just provides four-wheel steering. Optional features on this model comprise coordinated, crab, front wheel, and rear wheel steering to give the machine added agility. on the Z-80/60 helps improve wheel contact on irregular ground. Although these models are bigger than other Genie engine-powered articulating Z-booms, they have features like continuous 360 degree turntable rotation and telescoping jibs to provide the user with incredible range of motion and reach. The Z-boom design gives the units outstanding over and up positioning capability that varies from 8.83 meters on the Z-80/60 model to 23.01 meters on the Z-135/70 model. The XChassis expanding axle is an ingeniously designed device utilized for retracting and extending axles out and in of stowed position. The width of the Z-135/70 model machinery is only 2.46 meters if the axle is stowed. The Z-80/60 has fixed width axles for easier transport.
